Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, evenings - Employment Type: Travel Shift & Schedule - Primary shifts: 12-hour evenings (12H eves) - May also work 10-hour and 12-hour evening shifts as needed (36–40 hours/week) - Start times: 9:00 AM or 11:00 AM - Flexibility to work day shifts (starting at 7:00 AM) when needed On-Call Requirements - Up to 4 call shifts per month, including weekends and holidays - Short call: 2 hours after a scheduled shift, once per week - Weekend call: - 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or - 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (once per month) - Weeknight overnight call: - 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Required once per week when working day shifts Required Experience & Qualifications - 1–3 years of Operating Room experience required - Strong Orthopedic experience required, including Total Joint procedures - Experience in Orthopedics, Total Joints, Gynecology, and General Surgery required - Massachusetts RN License required - BLS from AHA About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
