Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel WILLING TO ACCEPT LOCALS WITHIN 50 MILES; local rate will apply Must have behavioral health case management experience. Submission Requirements: Up to date resume that includes 1 year(s) of experience in matching specialty experience. (travel highly preferred) 2 recent Charge RN/Manager/Supervisor references matching specialty Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Current AHA BLS required NURSYS Verification Report, pulled within the last 7 days, showing ACTIVE MA RN license; must show ALL licenses (past or present) on report RTO must be included at time of submission; it will not be guaranteed after confirmation. EMR Exp Required(or Preferred): EPIC Flu vaccine required during season will not be guaranteed after confirmation.
