Travel RN Job Details Location: Milton, MA 02186 (Greater Boston area) Position: Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse – Float Pool Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/9/2025 – End: 3/7/2026) Shift: 12-hour night shifts; every other weekend required Hours per Week: 36 (72 hours biweekly guaranteed) Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,310 - $2,470 per week Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience Active Massachusetts RN license (required for MA nursing jobs) BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required Epic EMR experience required Must pass ECG/Telemetry and medication competency tests at orientation Proficient in ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, and post-STEMI care CCRN certification preferred No local travelers (must reside more than 50 miles from facility) No time off will be considered for this contract Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care in the Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms and changes in patient condition Administer medications and manage IV infusions, including vasoactive and sedative agents Perform ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Accurately document patient care in Epic EMR Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training Experience the best of Massachusetts nursing jobs in Milton—a welcoming community with historic sites, scenic parks, and a vibrant local culture.
