and BLS certification • Minimum 2 years of home health experience
with HCHB/OASIS • Recent experience with Oasis E • Reside within 30
minutes of the territory or secure nearby housing Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality home health care • Complete same•day
documentation using HCHB • Manage 20•25 cases weekly • Attend
weekly in•person meetings • Maintain flexibility for floating and
