Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Case Manager (Utilization Review) Experienced RN Case Manager with 7 years in acute care, inpatient case management, home health, and behavioral health ? Strong inpatient hospital case management background ? Expertise in discharge planning, care coordination, and transitions of care ? Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and third-party payor. requirements ? Proficient in EPIC EMR ? Experience in Trauma Level II and acute care settings ? Available for temp-to-perm or 13-week travel assignments. Open to M–F, 40-hour guaranteed in acute care settings.
