Job Description Certification Details - BLS - RRT - MA State
License Job Details - 3 x 12 hour night shift position in busy
acute care hospital. - ICU and trauma care primary work
environment. - Hamilton vent and EPIC documentation preferred. Job
Requirements - RRT credential and MA license in hand required.
Schedule Information - 3 x 12 hour night shifts. Unit Specific
Information - ICU and trauma care primary work environment.
Additional Details - Submit a color photo taken in past 6 months
with specific guidelines. - Primary Source Verification of
professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start
date. - N95 Fit Test within 365 days to start date and updated
annually. - Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required.
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April
30). - Documentation of TB skin test or blood test within 3 months
of start date. - Physician Health Statement within 365 days of
start date. - MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to
start date. - MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30
days prior to start date. - MGB Resume including past 7 years of
work experience required for submission. - Respirator Medical
Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required. - MGB
References: 2 recent references required for submission. - MGB
Skills Checklist required for submission. - MGB Confirmation of
Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and
extensions. - MGB Education Verification through background check
company. - MGB SSN Trace required with criminal check. - MGB
National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated
annually. - MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and
annually. - MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for
submission.
