B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a Director of Healthcare Systems who will lead initiatives that enhance the integration and efficiency of our healthcare solutions. The successful candidate will drive innovation and excellence in patient care through effective management and optimization of our medical systems. This role involves strategic planning, oversight of healthcare system operations, and improvement of processes within a framework that prioritizes safety, quality, and sustainability. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance healthcare systems operations and patient outcomes. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and medical services. Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance system capabilities and drive innovation. Ensure compliance with national healthcare regulations and internal policies. Advocate for and oversee the adoption of new technologies that improve patient care and operational efficiency. Manage budgeting and resource allocation for healthcare systems operations. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare management software and technologies Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Medical Insurance 401k Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE) or equivalent is preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial
