Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: West Bridgewater, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,440 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience, depending on the specialty License: Must have a valid nursing license Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Recent specialty experience Description: Provides, coordinates, and directs the provision of home nursing care according to physician’s orders based on agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process. Responsible to the Clinical Manager. Directly supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. Home visits are required. Periodic office meetings may occur. Must have reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, and liability insurance. Average number of patients per day is 5-8. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day. Each type of visit and activity (documentation, travel, etc.) holds a different point value. There are no guaranteed hours. If there is a situation where the contractor is unable to meet their financial needs due to low patient census, please reach out to discuss floating to a nearby clinic to pick up hours. Types of cases include Start of Care, Wound Care, Follow-up Visits, etc. Must have proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and Oasis. Will be asked to cover a specific territory with a mileage radius of up to 75 miles from the home clinic. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS Standard rate. Local candidates are accepted. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment with the patient. Delayed or incomplete documentation impacting billing and follow-up patient care may result in cancellation of the contract. Candidates must be open to on-call rotations. Candidates must accept every patient on their schedule regardless of how far they are from their previous appointment. Declining patients may result in cancellation of the contract.
