Physical Therapist Location: Springfield, VT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,174 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 143 Weeks Start Date: 7/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Outpatient/Physical Therapy Duration: 143 Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours, Monday-Friday Experience: Minimum of 2 years current experience in physical therapy License: New Hampshire Physical Therapy license or compact Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Must-Have: - Doctorate in Physical Therapy - Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Previous rehab experience - Flexibility to work inpatient physical therapy as needed - Ability to treat all common diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics - Updated CAQH and NPI must be provided after start - Must have own vehicle Description: Our approach to physical therapy includes direct involvement with each patient. We combine advanced hands-on techniques with patient education and individualized rehabilitative programs. Each therapist has training in a wide variety of traditional techniques and many also have training in non-traditional treatment methods. We are helping patients who have: - Orthopaedic and sports injuries - Gait training - Balance training, fractures, sprains, and dislocations - Musculoskeletal dysfunctions - Neck and back pain - Neurological disorders, such as stroke and Parkinson’s - Balance and fall prevention - Bone and joint diseases - Hand injuries - Workplace injuries - Pelvic floor dysfunction - Incontinence - Pulmonary rehabilitation Typical patient ratio is 8 per day from Monday to Thursday, and 6 on Friday. This position requires the ability to provide evaluations and treatments, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises, for patients with varying diagnoses. Diagnoses include postoperative care, joint replacement, back pain, tendonitis issues, general deconditioning, balance, and vertigo issues. Experience working with physical therapist assistants is preferred. This is a small community without public transport. Candidates must be able to provide their own means of transportation.
