Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Windsor, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/31/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Important Submission Notes: • Do NOT submit travelers working another perm or travel assignment concurrently • No schedule accommodations accepted (block scheduling, etc.) • RTO must be declared at upload – max 5 days (less preferred); no post-upload RTO approvals • Local travelers (within 50 miles) not eligible • Facility has no public transport – traveler must have own vehicle (mandatory) Role Responsibilities: • May function as backup Charge Nurse • Coordinate total patient care • Patient & family education • Provide leadership and collaborate with the care team Unit Details: • EMR: Cerner • Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4–5 • Avg. daily census: 22 Additional Info: • Orientation: 8 hrs (non-billable) • Call rate: $4/hr • Charge rate: $3/hr • OT/Holiday/Call-back multiplier: 1.25% About Malone Healthcare - Nursing With a commitment to providing a higher standard of service and experience in patient care, Malone Healthcare places expert nurses and allied health professionals in rewarding careers throughout the United States.
