Schedule 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 12-hour days Job Description This is an adaptive acuity unit requiring nurses to provide Progressive Care Unit (PCU) care at a 3:1 ratio. Charge experience is mandatory. The nurse will occasionally need to float to any inpatient unit within their scope of practice and must have drip experience. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Oversee nursing staff and manage patient care in the PCU. Assist with the administration of medications and intravenous therapies. Monitor patient progress and report findings to the healthcare team. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2 years of current medical-surgical/telemetry experience. Charge nurse experience is required. Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience is strongly required. Drip experience is required. ICU experience is strongly preferred. A minimum of 3 months previous travel experience is required.
