What You'll Do: Provide direct nursing care using the nursing process to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care. Administer medications, perform treatments, carry out physician orders, and notify physicians and families as needed. Assess residents, identify changes in condition, and communicate findings to the interdisciplinary care team. Develop, implement, and update resident care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and team members. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident responses in accordance with policy and regulation. Supervise and delegate nursing care to other staff while ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, controlled substance security, and adherence to all facility and state requirements. What You'll Need: High school education or GED (required) Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN or LPN licensure (required) 1 year of experience working in an Assisted Living environment (required) Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English CPR certification Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance.
