Job Description:
AccentCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join
our Home Health team in enhancing the lives of our patients by
delivering high-quality care directly in their homes. This position
offers the opportunity to work autonomously while being supported
by a team of skilled healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate
will contribute to personalized treatment plans and help patients
regain their independence in familiar surroundings. This role
involves monitoring patient health, managing medications, and
overseeing recovery processes. By joining AccentCare, you become

patient assessments and create detailed nursing care plans.
Administer medications and monitor side effects or reactions.
Provide wound care and other medical services. Educate patients and
their families on treatment plans and preventative care. Coordinate
with physicians and other healthcare professionals to update
patient treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all health care
regulations, including privacy laws and documentation rules. Strong
clinical skills with ability to perform critical decision-making.
Effective communication and compassionate interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using healthcare software for patient management.
Capability to handle emergency situations efficiently. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
