Job Description:
Catholic Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled PRN
Emergency Room RN to join our dynamic emergency services team. As a
PRN Emergency Room RN, you will provide critical nursing care to
patients in emergency situations, ensuring the delivery of
high-quality and compassionate care in line with our commitment to
holistic patient wellness. This role requires adaptability to
varying shifts and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced and
challenging environment. Our mission is to serve the community by
extending exceptional medical services and you will be a pivotal
part of this commitment. Assess, plan, and implement patient care
plans in the emergency room setting. Respond to medical emergencies
with appropriate treatments and interventions. Monitor patient
progress and adjust treatments as required. Collaborate with
physicians, paramedics, and other medical staff to coordinate and
improve patient care. Ensure documentation and patient records are
accurate and up-to-date. Provide support and education to patients
and their families about post-emergency care. Strong clinical
skills in an emergency or critical care setting. Ability to make
quick and accurate assessments of patient conditions. Proficiency
in using medical equipment typical in emergency settings. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license. CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certifications.
