Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team.
As a leader in integrated healthcare services, we provide patient
care in a dynamic network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals,
home health agencies, and hospice agencies. In this role, you will
work closely with patients and their families, delivering
high-quality care and support during recovery processes, ongoing
illness, or at end-of-life stages. You'll collaborate with skilled
professionals to ensure holistic treatment and rehabilitation. If

Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients and
families in our hospitals and through our home health service. Work
in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient
needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions. Evaluate
patient responses to care, and adjust care plans as needed. Educate
patients and their families on illness and injury prevention, and
manage their own health after discharge. Maintain accurate patient
records and participate in activities for quality assurance and
improvement. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
standards. Strong clinical skills in a hospital or home health
setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability
to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in
using electronic health record systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
