Job Description Job Description As an Outpatient Therapist at our locally owned and operated clinic in Chelmsford, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care, whilst making the clinicians experience as much a priority as our clients. We are looking for a clinician to work Tuesday through Saturday, Hybrid! Full benefits for full-time employees including medical, dental & vision (27 billable hours per week = full time) 401K plan Paid weekly individual and group supervision Paid time for Continuing Education activities Unlimited Continuing Education Reimbursement Hybrid work schedule Comfortable, furnished offices in a welcoming environment Compensation : $62,000 $112,000 annually Responsibilities Include: Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy For Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload and see a minimum of 27 clients per week Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Required Qualifications and Skills: Candidates should have clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) or be working towards this pre-licensed are welcome!
