Due to an upcoming retirement, this long-standing team of experienced emergency physicians is looking to add one new member to assist in providing quality care in their state-of-the art, full service, not-for-profit community hospital. This is a close-knit, low turnover group who have a very nice work/life balance. Constant overlapping double & triple physician coverage and excellent specialty back up allow the physicians to enjoy a moderate pace of practice built for longevity. Both provider & patient satisfaction are very high here and wait times are very low. Scheduling is flexible with a low number of required hours. Compensation is excellent and includes full benefits along with a generous amount of PTO, pension plan and shift differentials.
