Job Description:
Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to lead our
nursing team towards excellence in patient care across
facility-based and home-based settings. As a nationwide leader in

professionals to facilitate seamless patient care transitions
between facility-based and home-based environments. Develop and
implement nursing policies and procedures that align with company
goals and comply with regulatory standards. Assess patient care
plans, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes. Lead
team meetings, provide training and professional development
opportunities for nursing staff. Ensure that patient satisfaction
is maintained at an optimal level through quality assurance and
improvement strategies. Handle staffing issues, including
recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Strong
leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare
regulations and accreditation standards Proficient in using
healthcare management software Able to handle multiple tasks and
priorities in a high-pressure environment Decision-making and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR
certification Previous BLS and/or ACLS certification preferred
