Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to
join our dedicated team in providing exceptional, compassionate,
and comprehensive patient care. As a national leader in integrated

dynamic leader who can oversee nursing staff and ensure the highest
quality of care is delivered efficiently. Our Nurse Supervisors
play a crucial role in our mission to offer the best healthcare
with a personal touch, effectively bridging the gap between
front-line care and administrative duties. Supervise and mentor
nursing staff, promoting professional development and high
standards of care. Coordinate nursing operations, setting patient
care standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in recruitment and training of new nursing staff.
Evaluate healthcare delivery systems and suggest improvements when
necessary. Ensure proper patient care documentation and compliance
with healthcare laws. Manage patient caseload and delegate duties
to nurses and auxiliary staff appropriately. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities Proficient in healthcare management systems Ability to
handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively In-depth
knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital procedures Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice. BLS/ACLS certification.
Preferred: Certification in Nursing Administration (CNML or
NE-BC)
