Assess patient condition by examining their medical history, listening to patient/caregiver concerns, and conducting physical tests Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessments Implement physical therapy interventions accurately, document patient response to therapy, and modify treatment as necessary Maintain patient confidence by keeping information confidential and following HIPAA guidelines Educate patients and families about treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies Collaborate with other healthcare providers to plan and assess treatments Regularly update clinical knowledge through continued education and professional growth Profound knowledge of physical therapy principles, theories, methods, and evidence-based practices Skilled in using physical therapy tools and equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Empathetic and patient-focused approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license BLS Certification preferred Completion of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
