$972.00 Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,246.00 Total Gross Weekly:

Hours (Includes every other weekend) Setting: 25-bed Independent,
Nonprofit Critical Access Hospital Department: General Med/Surg
(Adults, Ortho, Peds, Observation, & Swing-Bed) Role Highlights
Night Shift Leadership: Coordinate exceptional care for a diverse
patient population, working closely with the Nursing Supervisor to
ensure safety and clinical excellence throughout the night.
Full-Spectrum Nursing: Manage a variety of cases, from surgical
recovery and orthopedic care to stable pediatric and swing-bed
patients. Critical Decision Making: Utilize the Nursing Process to
make independent, evidence-based decisions in a low-resource, rural
setting. Compassionate Care: Meet the physiological, spiritual, and
psychosocial needs of patients with a focus on holistic,
high-quality outcomes. Mandatory Requirements Experience: Minimum 3
years of recent acute care experience. (Note: This is not a
pediatric floor; Pedi-only RNs will not be considered). Licensure:
Active Vermont (VT) or Compact/Multi-State RN License.
Certifications: Current AHA BLS and ACLS are required. Tech Skills:
Proficiency in Meditech EMR is highly preferred. Compliance: All
credentials must be finalized and uploaded 5 business days before
the March 25th start date. The Northeast Kingdom Experience St.
