Job Description:
PowerBack Rehabilitation, a leader in post-hospital
rehabilitation, seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our
team. We provide intensive, tailored rehabilitation treatments to
help our patients regain independence after adverse health events
such as surgery, injuries, or illness. As a Physical Therapist in
our dynamic environment, you will develop and administer therapy
plans that deliver effective results and optimize patient outcomes.
You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to
delivering exceptional care, driven by our commitment to recovering
independence and enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.
Evaluate patient's medical history and any referrals or notes from
doctors or surgeons Diagnose, manage, and treat a patient's
physical dysfunction or injury Develop and execute detailed
treatment plans based on patient-specific needs Use exercises,
stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to alleviate
pain and aid in recovery Educate patients and their families about
what to expect from the recovery process and how they can aid in
their own recovery Document patient’s progress and modify treatment
plans accordingly Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
to plan and assess treatments Maintain a clean and safe therapy
environment Expertise in physical therapy models and practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Analytical and
diagnostic skills Ability to motivate patients and empathize with
their conditions Proficiency with physical therapy equipment and
tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid
state license to practice physical therapy CPR certification
