Friday - Tuesday (Open to Satnesday - Tuesday). Hospice home care
agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN. Required
Qualifications: Experience with hospice case management required.
Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program. License, Certification,
Registration Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is
provided) Preferred Skills: Prior experience with rural travel
preferred. Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred.
