or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our
multidisciplinary practice in Marblehead, Massachusetts. Whether

Program: Physicians are not responsible for after-hours call
coverage. Virtual Clinic Support (VCS): A centralized team of
advanced practice providers work remotely to manage clinical tasks
that traditionally fall to primary care physicians, including
managing clinical inboxes, test results, patient messages,
medication refills and routine patient follow-up. Team-Based
Approach to Care: Our interdisciplinary team includes Social Work,
Behavioral Health specialists, and a dedicated Medical Assistant to
ensure comprehensive patient support. Technology Assistance: Access

Annually - $290000.00 / AnnuallyDetails: The salary range for this
position is $250,000 to $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will
be determined during the selection process and is based on a
variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant
experience, education, and internal equity. At Mass General
