Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Endoscopy Technician - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Endoscopy Technician Opportunity Local or Travel Contract | 13 Weeks Extension Option Pay: - $1,780 Weekly Gross Travel Pay - $37/hour Local Pay Placement Type: Contract Start Date: Mid-March Contract Length: 13 weeks with strong extension potential Schedule: - Day Shift - 40 hours per week - 5 x 8-hour shifts Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Technician to support a fast-paced procedural team. This role assists physicians and nursing staff during endoscopic procedures while maintaining proper equipment handling and sterile processing standards. Responsibilities - Prepare and maintain endoscopy procedure rooms and equipment - Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures - Perform scope cleaning, disinfection, and reprocessing - Ensure proper sterilization and infection control standards - Support patient preparation and procedural workflow - Maintain accurate documentation and equipment readiness Requirements - Minimum 2 years of Endoscopy Tech experience - BLS certification required - Experience with scope reprocessing and sterile technique Preferred Certifications - IAHCSMM or CBSPD - SGNA certification - Certificate from an accredited Surgical Technology program Education - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Graduate of accredited Surgical Technology program strongly preferred - Sterile Processing training course preferred About GHR Healthcare - PH Division For over 30 years, GHR Healthcare has been the bridge between healthcare professionals and the facilities that need them nationwide.
