Apply now for this travel nursing job! /n/nTravel Nurse Job Details/n /n - Location: Burlington, MA (01805) — Greater Boston / Massachusetts nursing jobs/n - Position: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) / Med-Surg Tele RN – Nursing Float Pool/n - Employment Type: Travel Contract (travel nurse / travel RN)/n - Start Date: February 16, 2026/n - End Date: April 13, 2026/n - Assignment Length: 8 weeks/n - Shift: 12-hour night shifts (night shift travel nurse)/n - Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)/n - Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600/n - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun for nights)/n /n/nMed/Surg Telemetry RN Requirements/n /n - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or multistate compact RN license/n - Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience (medical-surgical telemetry)/n - Epic EMR experience required (Epic documentation experience preferred)/n - BLS certification (AHA) required/n - ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications preferred/n - Level 1 trauma experience preferred; required if no prior travel nursing experience/n - Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for at least 6 months (perm, per diem, or contract)/n - Ability to pass day-one clinical testing (Relias practice tests available)/n /n/nKey Responsibilities/n /n - Deliver safe, compassionate, and effective patient care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit (medical-surgical telemetry nursing)/n - Float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units as needed (floating in 4-hour blocks)/n - Manage patient ratios typically between 1:3–1:5 per hospital standards/n - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes (team-based patient care)/n - Accurately document all patient care and assessments in Epic EMR/n - Participate in ongoing education and complete required clinical competency assessments/n /n/n Enjoy living and working in Burlington — a convenient Greater Boston suburb with great shopping, dining, and easy access to Boston’s cultural attractions.
