Job Description Position Summary/ Department Summary: We are
seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Boston
Operating Room. Key Responsibilities: - Peri-operative care in both
scrub and circulating roles. - Providing clinical support and
resources. - Working collaboratively in a family-centered
peri-operative environment. Minimum Qualifications Education: - A
Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Experience: - A minimum of 1 year
of Operating Room experience as an RN. - Pediatric Operating Room
RN experience preferred. - 2 years of Operating Room experience as
an RN preferred. Licensure/ Certifications: - Current Massachusetts
license as a Registered Nurse RN *$20,000 sign-on for RNs with over
2 years of OR experience who have not worked at BCH in 2 years*
*This position is eligible for a $10,000 Employee Referral Bonus

is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this
pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on
skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of
other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive
