Contract WCS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse
for a contract assignment at a leading behavioral health facility
in Marlborough MA. Job Function: /n - Night Shift. /n - 2:45 p.m. –
11:15 p.m or 10:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m. /n /n - Assess and interpret
patients’ psychiatric status and behavioral presentation /n -
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and
implement psychiatric intervention plans /n - Administer
psychotropic medications and monitor for therapeutic response or
adverse effects /n - Build and maintain a positive, therapeutic
nurse?patient relationship to support emotional stability /n -
Monitor adherence to non?pharmacological treatment plans and
behavioral interventions /n - Identify and remove environmental
triggers or safety risks /n - Safely restrain, de?escalate, or
medicate highly agitated patients when clinically necessary /n -
Document patient progress, behavioral changes, and treatment
outcomes /n - Provide targeted psychoeducation to patients and
families /n /n Job Requirements: /n - MA RN license – Permanent
license required /n /n - 1–2 years inpatient psych experience /n /n
- Travel experience required /n /n - EPIC experience required /n /n
- BLS /n /n - MAB (Managing Assaultive Behavior) –
preferred/required per listing /n /n - CPI – preferred /n /n /n
