registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. A full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position is
available in a school health office located in Boston, MA,
providing essential nursing support within an educational
environment. This contract role involves collaboration with the
primary nurse to deliver comprehensive care to students, including
those with specific health needs. Key responsibilities include:
Providing nursing care and support to students during school hours,
Monday through Friday, from 6:50 AM to 1:50 PM with a 30-minute
unpaid lunch break. Monitoring and managing health conditions,
including care for students with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. Working
closely with the primary nurse to maintain health records,
administer medications, and respond to medical emergencies.
Ensuring a safe and healthy environment aligned with school health
policies. Qualifications and experience: Active Massachusetts RN
license is required; LPNs will not be considered. Experience in
school nursing or a related pediatric nursing field is preferred.
Ability to manage care for students with chronic conditions,
including diabetes. Strong communication skills and the ability to
work collaboratively within a school setting. This position is
based in a middle school health office and runs through the end of
the current school year, ending in June 2026. It offers an
