Interventional Radiology Location: Boston, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,237 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technician Profession: Interventional Radiology Technician Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:30 AM - 06:00 PM Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Required experience in diagnostic and interventional procedures License: Valid State Radiography License Certifications: ARRT certification, BLS certification Must-Have: Graduate of an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology Experience in neuro, cardiac, or vascular surgery Experience with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures Experience in angiography, embolization, venous access, and related procedures Description: The Interventional Radiology Technician will support minimally invasive, image-guided procedures. Responsibilities include operating all imaging equipment, sterile scrub, and case circulating in the radiology and OR settings. Experience in neuro, cardiac, or vascular surgery is essential. The role involves supporting both diagnostic and interventional procedures. Technologists will cover areas such as IR, CT-guided procedures, vascular surgery, cardiac hybrid procedures, endovascular neurosurgery, and endoscopic interventions. Key procedures include angiography, embolization, venous access, venography, myelography, abdominal interventions, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and biopsy.
