Pay: $2,724 to $2,840 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with strong NICU experience to support a high-acuity neonatal intensive care unit in a leading academic medical center. Key Responsibilities Provide respiratory care to neonatal patients in NICU and special care nursery Manage mechanical ventilation and artificial airways Administer oxygen therapy and aerosolized medications Support delivery room procedures (preferred) Perform and interpret respiratory diagnostics Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Work Environment Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) High-acuity neonatal cases Night shift schedule Important Notes No local candidates (must be >50 miles away) Weekly orientation (Mondays) RTO must be disclosed at submission Requirements Minimum 2 years of RRT experience NICU experience (required) RRT certification BLS/CPR (AHA) NRP certification (required) Preferred Qualifications Delivery room experience Experience in Level II/III NICU Benefits Competitive pay up to $2840 for 36 hours Quick offer Bonus opportunities
