Job Description:
Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel

work. Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with
some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of
Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • 12 months of travel
experience is required from any number of months. • 3 months of
experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements: • Candidates must have a Massachusetts license
(required for submission). • This role will require floating to
multiple units • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu
vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted. •
12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Mass General
Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program and no current
placement allowed at Program: Mass General Brigham Incorporated
(Direct) - Main Program. Pre-employment modules may be required for

Additional Details: Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted.
Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season
(September 15-April 30th). Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are
reviewed on a very limited basis). No Block Scheduling for any
Travelers at Salem. Required Skills/Experience: Med/Surg RN with
neuro assessment skills and telemetry competency; ability to
interpret Tele Strips. Unit/Facility Details: Patient Ratio: Day
and Eve shifts are 1:4, may go up to 5. Night shift is 1:5 or 6.
Shift & Scheduling: Shift: Days/Eves/Nights Rotate & EOW. Day
Rotators may be rotated between (7a-7p, 11a-11p or 7p-7a) shifts
when needed. Night positions do not rotate. Floating Requirements:
Travelers are required to float to applicable units when requested.
7 days maximum time off 1 reference from last 2 years
(Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission 1
