Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Salem, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,113 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory Therapist Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years, must have vent experience in an acute care setting License: Active Respiratory Therapist License Certifications: CRT or RRT from the NBRC, BLS Must-Have: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy Ability to draw arterial blood gases Description: Registered Respiratory Therapist needed for 36 hours per week on nights and every other weekend. The facility is a licensed bed facility with various departments including Med/Surg, ICU, ED, Labor and Delivery, and a Level 2B Nursery. The clinician to patient ratio includes 5 Respiratory Therapists staffed during the Day shift, 5 on Evenings, and 4 on Nights. Day shift includes 1 in Charge, 2 assigned to the ICU, and 2 assigned to Med/Surg floors. Equipment used includes PB980 Ventilator and Hamilton T1 Transport Ventilator. Rotation may be required to Day positions, which can shift to 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. when needed. The electronic medical record system used for charting is EPIC.
