to work in? Join us at the Northeast Arc. We are currently looking
for new and experienced Behavior Therapists to work in our
home-based Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. We provide services in
a variety of locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts and offer
services to individuals ranging from 15 month to 22 years.
Northeast Arc?s ABA Services Our ABA services provide a continuum
of consistent evidence-based direct care and services for children,
teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Individualized treatment programs are developed by a
Board-Certified Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LABA) based on
assessments, consultation, and person-centered plans, in order to
meet the needs of the individual served. Our Behavior Therapists
work in a team atmosphere alongside BCBAs, Early Intervention
staff, families and caregivers. Our programs facilitate
interactions through Natural Environment Training and capitalize on
organic opportunities for engagement with our kids using an
evidence-based approach. Service Areas: Lowell and surrounding
towns; Dracut, Tewksbury, Billerica, Chelmsford, Tyngsboro,
Dunstable, Westford, Carlisle, Bedford, Concord, Lincoln, Acton,
Littleton, Boxborough, Stow, Maynard Job Type: Full time or part
time, onsite in home and community Pay : $23-26/hr based on
experience and education Behavior Therapists will: Provide home
based support to individuals 0 months to 3 years old Teach goals
and skills outlined in the treatment plans and implement behavior
strategies developed by the BCBA (clinical supervisor) Attend and
contribute to clinical and non-clinical meetings, trainings, and
individual supervisions. Complete required sessions notes and data
and any additional non-clinical paperwork Insure the health,
safety, and well-being of clients. Qualifications: Associate's or
Bachelor's degree in psychology, early childhood education, or a
related field required Registered Behavior Certification may
substitute education requirement Must have strong written and
verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills,
along with excellent organizational skills and flexibility. Ability
to work well independently and as part of a team. Reliable, able to
maintain confidentiality, and high degree of professionalism Valid
Driver?s license and own personal vehicle Why would Northeast Arc
