qualifications will not be considered. Providing critical care to
cardiac step-down patients requires expertise, precision, and
compassionate nursing. This travel nursing opportunity in Enfield,
NH calls for experienced Registered Nurses skilled in step-down
cardiac care to support a 48-bed Cardiac Progressive Care Unit
(PCU). The unit specializes in cardiology, electrophysiology, and
cardiac surgical patients including cardio thoracic post-op, CHF,
telemetry, vascular, pulmonary hypertension, and patients with
temporary pacers. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage
complex post-surgical patients including chest tubes, central
lines, invasive blood pressure via arterial lines, and advanced
telemetry. - Administer drips such as nitroglycerin, primacor,
dobutamine, dopamine, diltiazem, heparin, lasix, insulin, and
amiodarone. - Provide care for tracheostomies, laryngectomies, and
handle complex wounds. - Manage low dose pressors, vasoactive
medications, bi-PAP/C-PAP, external pacers, epicardial wires, and
TR bands. - Maintain RN patient ratios of 1:3 during days and 1:4-5
at night, adjusting for acuity levels. Desired Qualifications: -
Minimum 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience in step-down or
acute cardiac nursing. - Current NH RN License or Compact License
with proof of state residency. - BLS and ACLS certifications.
