traveling Physical Therapist team in Westford, MA, at a skilled
nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries
and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location.

Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical
Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active
Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the
assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to or
on start date. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term
care settings preferred. Experience with geriatric populations,
transfers, and safe mobility training preferred. Demonstrated
ability to document in electronic medical records required. Client
requires candidates able to work assigned shifts and adhere to
facility policies. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled
Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
Work Days: Sunday through Saturday availability per schedule;
guaranteed weekly hours listed as 35 in client notes. Assignment
Length: 13 weeks (client contract weeks). Meal Break: 30 minutes.
Position may require adherence to client-specific orientation and
