We are an upscale Breakfast and Lunch restaurant specializing ina brunch venue. We are a customer -focused organization dedicated to providing unique upscale food as well as exceptional service to our customers.. We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our team. We are looking for someone who can work independently and complete daily as well as specialty prep work to support the line, You will report to our Restaurant Manager / Owner and take direction from the Chef. What You Will Do Develop an overall understanding of what is needed for prep both daily and for the week. Manage and complete items on the daily prep list Communicate with the Chef and Line Cooks on priority prep items for the day. What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: High School or GED Kichen Skills Sense of urgency / timeliness (speed) Food Quality Ability to consistently follow recipes / procedures Food Saftey Communication Skills Why You'll Love Us: Our customers are provided a unique dining experience through our always outstanding food quality and presentation, along with our exceptional service staff making for a very enjoyable dining experience. A successful Prep Cook will be afforeded the opportunity to manage their own time based on completing the required work. Salary range for this position is $20 - $22 per hour.
