If you are a passionate, caring, motivated Homemaker who is looking to make a difference in the life of someone in your community, we encourage you to apply today!**Benefits and Perks:*** $15.00 - $17.00 hourly rates ($15 base and differentials based on region, experience, and certifications)* Part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling* Hiring Immediately - Offers made on the spot!* Part-Time Paid-Time-Off* Mileage reimbursement* Paid travel time between clients* Paid training opportunities including CPR/AED and Home Health Aide (HHA)* Upward career movement and growth* Unique one-on-one care environment* $250 Wellness & Self Care Benefit for full-time employees* Health Insurance with a 75% employer contribution* Dental and Vision Benefits* Supplemental Benefits including; Life, Accident, Critical Illness and Disability Insurance* 401K with a company match**Essential Functions:*** Service clients that need assistance with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) but do not require assistance with personal care* Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) are environment focused and may include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, running errands, grocery shopping, etc.* Offer companionship to the clients* Provide medication reminders* Keeping notes and reporting any changes in health to your supervisor* Complete necessary documentation including billing sheets, time sheets, mileage reimbursements, incidence reports, etc.* Complete required training and competency evaluations* Any other duties as assigned**Region Servicing:** Region 3**Qualifications:*** Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds* Must be able to travel to clients within assigned region (up to 20 miles)* Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle* Are current with CPR/AED certification (this can be provided)* Those with a valid HHA or CNA certification are eligible for our Home Health Aide (HHA) position* Must be able to pass a background check* Have proven ability to behave with respect and compassion* Possess a professional and upbeat attitude* Personal Care Attendant (PCA) experience a plus!Vitra Health is a Home Health Care, Skilled Nursing, and Adult Day Health organization that specializes in care management of adults and seniors.
