Core ResponsibilitiesWe have an ambitious plan 2025 agenda over the
next three years and store expansion and the implementation of the
store segmentation framework will be a key component of supporting
the growth. You will be responsible for developing new store
formats, creating the strategy to upgrade our store portfolio and
helping us to measure the success of the New Retail Platform
(NRP).
- Be responsible for the suite of formats across LEGO store
estate and the commercial development of these as part of the store
segmentation strategy
- Be accountable for ensuring our store formats are the best in
class and are constantly evolved to delight our customers
- Ensure store design, retail experience and platform are
commercially successful, and develop an understanding of how each
element drives success in our stores
- Define the success factors per format and ensure performance
tracking
- Develop clear story and commercial rationale using market
insight and internal feedback to inform proposition
development
- Bring relevant insight and expertise to stakeholder
engagements, driving better business decisions and shaping
strategic direction
- Develop measurable metrics for the New Retail Platform (NRP)
and agree guardrails for upgrade/enhancements
- Develop the strategy to update the stores to the New Retail
Platform (NRP)Play your part in our team succeedingThe role reports
to the Director of Global Expansion & Footprint Strategy, you will
be part of a small and dynamic team helping to craft the store
format strategy.Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer
packaged goods (CPG) company or consulting firm
- Prior experience working with new retail concepts and taking
part in the implementation and roll out
- Understanding of how to set up performance tracking metrics for
new retail concepts
- Previous work experience being able to interpret store design
and fixture and finish plans
- Experience in setting cross-channel strategies and integrating
customer journey
- A good understanding of digital environment in retail business
and how it influences development of physical store.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective collaboration skills and ability to work well with
senior stakeholders
- Be able to provide evidence of attention to detail, proactivity
