Veterans Business Supply, Inc. (VBS) (www.vbs.vet) is an online retailer, focused on the sale of office and janitorial supplies, survival gear, personal protective equipment, and tactical gear. VBS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, assist in processing online orders (including modifications and tracking orders), communicate with customers, and escalate questions and/or concerns. This is a part-time to full-time position ranging from 24 to 40 hours per week with benefits!This is an in-office position and will be working directly for the U.S. Account Manager who will oversee your daily schedule and responsibilities to include, but not limited to: maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, responding to customer inquiries and interacting through various communication channels, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, processing applications and requests, maintaining customer records, tracking and providing order status updates to customers, and assisting with the gathering of product information for the preparation of Federal bid packages. The individual selected for this position must possess excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills, work well in a team environment and be responsible, proactive, and adaptable to varying work environments.
