The Opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Pizza Cooks to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a pizza cook, you will craft delicious pizzas while contributing to an unforgettable dining experience to our guests.   • Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas, ensuring adherence to recipe standards.
  • Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve perfect crust texture and toppings.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized and efficient work-flow.
  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pizza preparation area.
  • Manage inventory of pizza ingredients and report shortages promptly.
    
  • Customize pizzas based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
    
  • May be required to perform other duties as needed to support the overall goals and objectives of the team and organization. Qualifications
    • Previous experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role.
      
    • In-depth knowledge of pizza preparation techniques, including dough stretching and topping distribution.
      
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
      
    • Basic math skills; ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
      Physical Requirements
      • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more, reach up to seven feet, bend, and squat
      • Work in a fast-paced and potentially hot kitchen environment.
        
      • Basic knife skills and proficiency in pizza oven operation.
        
      • Standing and walking for the entire length of shift in moderate to high noise levels
      • Manual ability to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids and operate kitchen equipmentShift Details Day shift
