We are looking for an Executive Pastry Chef to join our Culinary
and Pastry team. With a focus on quality and production levels, the
Executive Pastry Chef will lead the entire pastry team on their
mission to exceed customers' expectations related to food quality
and dining experience. The Pastry Chef will work directly with the
Executive Chef to maintain and improve the culinary operation and
must be a liaison with all departments within the hotel. This
position is responsible for the staff supervision and production of
a wide range of baked goods for restaurants, retail, owner events
and banquets.

Qualifications:
--- Able to work flexible hours and days including weekends and
holidays
--- Three years management experience required
--- Knowledge of pastry and baking products
--- Previous experience maintaining professional and respectful
work relationships
