Job Description We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are extremely well organized, value camaraderie, sense of humor and teamwork, communicate well, we want to hear from you! Qualifications Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2--years of professional experience as a recruiter
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of sourcing tools and technologies
• Excellent knowledge of human resource development and management
• Experience with social media
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities Pluses:
  • 3-5 years of full lyfecycle recruiting experience
  • Recruiting experience in the clinical research field Additional Information
