Help coach and develop sales account executives within a high growth, high collaboration company that is changing an industry.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Effectiveness, you will have a career opportunity to help our Strategic Growth Managers (SGMs), our equivalent of sales account executives, build their sales skills, move prospects through the decision making process and drive greater and accelerated pipeline, revenue and profitability. Our account executives help recruit residential real estate agents to join Compass.

Your previous sales, sales management and coaching experience will help you drive impactful 1:1 and group coaching and training sessions to reduce sales cycles, improve win rates and grow company market share. Your success will give you additional experience in scaling high-growth teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong, collaborative culture.

If you are interested, here's what year one is all about.

  • Decrease time to multiple 'closed-won' deals and and time-to-full quota through 1:1 new hire sales coaching around targeted skill sets
  • Increase seller pipeline, win rates and profit margin through virtual and live call shadowing, coaching and training
  • Partner with sales leadership, sales effectiveness and sales operations to develop scalable, repeatable sales performance solutions (e.g., programs, job aids, training, coaching, gamification) across multiple offices and regions
    Desired Skills And Experience

    If you can accomplish the above, work fast, collaborate without ego and be solutions driven you've got what it takes. This position may require some travel. You will not be a road warrior.

    Qualifications
    • 2-3 years of experience in a role dedicated purely to coaching sales account executives
    • A minimum of 2+ years of sales account executive and sales management experience, including face-to-face selling with senior executives for six-figure deals or small business owners
    • 3-5 years of sales training experience including delivering and facilitating F2F and virtual sales training around selling skills
    • Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team spirit
    • B.A. or B.S. degree required
      Location

      This position can work remotely in the U.S. You will be encouraged to work occasionally out of a local office near where you live to build knowledge and relationships and you can choose how much you work from home or in an office.
