About the Role:
As a Sr. HR Generalist you will support the People partnering team
with tactical and strategic responsibilities and act as an initial
point of contact for employees. Partner with managers of various
functions to provide HR support in areas like: Employee relations,
performance management, policy support and guidance, and support
various aspects of the employee life cycle. You'll develop and
maintain effective business relationships to build bridges of
support, credibility, and trust while executing on people
practices. Your work contributes to the success of the People and
DEIB strategies of Panorama. - -
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted consultant, to provide HR support to employees
and front-line leaders. Work with managers to address performance
or behavioral issues and be the initial point of contact for
employee relation concerns. Conduct or participate in
investigations if necessary. -
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work
relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and
retention. Work with managers to review and understand engagement
data. -
- Document and improve HR processes by updating data, running
reports, updating scorecards, analyzing trends and metrics in
partnership with other People team and Function Leaders. -
- Review, track, and document compliance training and
verification. -
- Help facilitate onboarding, training/development sessions, and
track exit data.
- Collaborate with People Partners and client groups across the
organization to ensure that where business strategies and employee
issues overlap, there is a consistent approach to resolving issues
and alignment in seeking a common solution.
- Work on special projects such as performance management, system
implementations, policy or guideline communications, and/or
internship programs
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in human resources, business or
other related field
- 5 years' Human Resources experience
- 3 years' Employee Relations experience
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
- Possess strong analytical skills with thorough knowledge of HR
practices and employment laws
- Skills in communication, organization, conflict-resolution,
problem-solving and proven ability to work effectively in a team
environment with colleagues and all levels of employees and
managers -
- A passion for continuous improvement working in an agile
environment with general supervision
