Job Description:
Payroll AdministratorLeading Professional Services firm seeking
an experienced Payroll Administrator to add to the team. This
individual will report to the Payroll Manager and will be
responsible for the input of all multi-state employee payroll and
benefits.Compensation:

- Input multi-state employee payroll data to in-house payroll
system for employees requiring W-2 reporting
- Assist with Financial Planning & Analysis
- Maintain daily interaction with Human Resources
- Calculate vacation and personal time, verify employment and
maintain confidentiality
- Assist in year-end W-2 preparation, fringe benefit
processing
- Research and respond to tax notices from Federal, State, and
Local agencies
- Prepare payroll journal entries related to tax deposits and
review international office balance sheet reconciliationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or
equivalentExperience
- 1+ years of payroll experienceSkills & Qualifications
- Analytical, logical, methodical, and intellectually
curious.
- Payroll tax knowledge
- Problem-solving and issues resolution management
- Excellent system and Excel spreadsheet capabilitiesOur
