Payroll Specialist- RemoteWe are assisting a Cambridge based client in the Pharmaceutical space with their opening for an experienced Payroll Specialist with ADP (WFN) Workforce Now to join their team. Interested candidates must be local and available to go into the office for occasional meetings.Responsibilities:

• Process payrolls for hourly, salaried, and temporary employees; including reviewing, administering regulatory requirements, and other adjustments to pay as necessary
• Process employee onboarding tasks
• Maintain employee records in payroll/benefits systems
• Assists with terminations, and some cobra administration
• Assists with the new hire employee onboarding process
• Processes administrative leave of absencesQualifications:
  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Experince onboarding new hires into ADP (preferred)
