Job Description:

The Job ResponsibilitiesInitiates and maintains continuous dialogue with business managers to ensure understanding of business initiatives, employee relations matters and change issues & opportunities. Assists with the development and implementation of change plans. Supports change management and communication plans to facilitate organizational changes. Collaborates with HR team to develop, communicate and implement policies, initiatives and programs. Responsible for applying policies, initiatives and programs to their client groups. Provides guidance to client leaders on all HR matters including but not limited to: coaching, career development, disciplinary actions and organizational design. Facilitates resolution of employee relations issues. Acts as a resource for employees and managers with interpretation of policies and procedures. Partners with client managers and designated Recruiter(s) to establish hiring and compensation strategies to attract, motivate, and retain a diverse workforce that delivers results. Facilitates the performance review program to ensure effectiveness and alignment with individual performance and established business objectives. Assists leaders and employees in establishing annual performance goals and objectives and in developing individual development plans to optimize performance & prepare employees for additional responsibility. Performs other duties as assigned. Your QualificationsEducation: BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Related Experience: 5+ years of progressive Human Resource experience in the areas of performance management, employment, employee relations, succession planning, talent management, compensation, training and development, employment regulations and compliance and HR program implementation. Experience supporting multiple functional areas of a business. Experience working within an International/global company a plus. Special Competencies or Certifications: Strong knowledge of HR legal & regulatory framework. Collaborative and customer-focused with ability to develop strong relationships with managers. Ability to effectively partner with and be viewed as a trusted business partner to the organization. Demonstrates sound judgment in investigating and problem solving. Ability to respond rapidly and independently to requests, develops and implements creative solutions, and follows through to ensure resolution. Ability to listen effectively, to select and use appropriate communication methods and to effectively present ideas and information. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) - SAP knowledge a plus.
