Job Description:

  • ---Manage and track internal and external recruiting activities on web-based HR platform
  • ---Liaise with recruiting agencies
  • ---Conduct phone interviews and onsite/video interviews for entry level roles
  • ---Draft offer letters and confidentiality agreements
  • ---Process background and credit checks
  • ---Process, organize, track, and maintain confidential files, records and data
  • ---Prepare, organize, and conduct new hire orientations as well as maintain the I-9 process
  • ---Answer simple benefits questions and benefit enrollment support
  • ---Assist with maintenance of the human resource database including entering new hire information Qualifications :
    • ---Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    • ---2+ Years of Human Resources experience in a recruiting capacity a plus
    • ---Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • ---Strong organizational and time management skills
    • ---Keen attention to detail
    • ---Discretion when handling confidential information
    • ---Ability to confidently interact with all levels of staff, vendors, and potential candidates
