Job Description:

CFS is hiring a Part-Time Recruiting Assistant to support our team in Boston, MA! This is a perfect opportunity for a college student in their final semester to gain experience in recruiting and learn from one of our top teams in the company!
A typical day entails screening resumes, qualifying candidates, and scheduling interviews, as well as maintaining applicant and employee files and contracts. You will collaborate closely with our Staffing Directors to ensure a great candidate experience and continue to grow business.
